Include high-level deliverables and completion criteria to determine whether project deliverables are acceptable. 5.     Project plan: Include stakeholders/project drivers, milestones, timeline, tasks and activities, resources, budget constraints, barriers and risks, project methodologies, and process and implementation strategies. 6.     Testing phase: Outline the proposed testing scenario/plan and provide evidence that it supports the proposed informatics project. Include how the test results will be documented and how issues will be mitigated. 7.     Communication plan: Include stakeholders, stakeholder role and information needed, tools or channels, events generating communication, and level of responsibility. 8.     Performance measures for the project and what they measure, as well as industry tools and methodologies necessary to the project. Include information on a mitigation plan in the event the proposed project outcomes are not meeting the performance measures. 9.     Outline the project management strategies that will be applied for planning, budgeting, and communicating the project plan to stakeholders. 10.   Explanation for how application of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) is applied to the proposed informatics solution project to resolve the gap or problem identified for your specified health care organization. Include the citations used from your previous assignments to complete this assignment. Sources must be published within the last 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria and health care and health informatics content.
