Reflection Paper (Midterm Exam) Using the principles and theory of small group dynamics, describe the experience of working in your group. What was the dynamic of the group? What went well? **Communication via whats app. What could have gone better? **Deciding on what to do for the project it wasn’t decided as a group. What were the causes of this dynamic. ** two out of the four spoke and decided on the project. What was your role in the group? ** I was in charge of creating a resume for Albert Einstein. Could you have done anything differently? ** I could of made a fuss about the project but I just wanted to get it done and get a good grade so I just went with it. What did you learn as a result of this experience?** working as a team is so important even if we all don’t agree we figured out a way to make it work. How would you rate your experience with the small group presentation project? ** at first I wasn’t crazy about it because working in groups can get crazy especially if some slacks, but I was lucky to work with the ladies I worked with they were awesome and hardworking.
