The main purpose of the term paper is to demonstrate what you have learned about stressor identification and the application of systematic interventions to reduce or eliminate the stressor. The paper has two main parts: You must 1) summarize your growth throughout the semester and discuss how what you have learned this semester applies to your life. 2) find at least one research article (peer-reviewed and empirical) on a stress management intervention that interests you and summarize and analyze it. A recommended structure for the term paper is: Introduction and Growth Summary (2pgs) and then Research Summary and Conclusion (2pgs).
