There are several approaches that psychologists use to study behavior. Five of the most common are the biopsychological, behavioral, psychodynamic, cognitive, and humanistic approaches. Select three and explain how each one is unique in its approach to the study of behavior. Write as much as you know about each approach. Give an example of how you could apply a concept learned from each approach to your life. Include a clear definition of each approach, some of the main theorists, and how they view the development of both personality and mental illness.
