I have been reading a lot recently about the circular economy, which is focused on keeping waste at a minimum while utilizing resources as fully as possible. A question came up recently on LinkedIn as to whether it would be better for the government to mandate action in this realm or leave it up to companies to lead the way.What do you think would be the best avenue to accomplish a circular economy and why?
