What does your outstanding leadership look like and are you providing that leadership?

Leaders All Soldiers are entitled to outstanding leadership, I will provide that leadership. Our Soldiers do have an entitlement and it is that outstandingleadership that is required by us as leaders. To provide that leadership you have to be engaged in what is going on around you and in yourorganizations. It is hard to provide that leadership if we as leaders are not engaged, involved, teaching and training in our formations. If we areon the sideline watching there is no involvement to that outstanding leadership.
