Section 1 – Implementation science: What is it? What is the link to healthcare/healthcare quality? What problem does implementation science address and why does it matter? Section 2 – Use of theory/framework/models (in general) and application of systems thinking in implementation science Can use from iPARIHS, Diffusion theory, Lewins, RE-AIM, Social-ecological model. Section 3 – Compare/contrast two theory/framework/models that can be used in implementation science: what is similar, different? Why might you select one theory/framework/model over another to guide a plan for or study of the implementation of a quality improvement/change initiative (or perhaps, draw from components of each)?
