An increase in students who are English Language Learners (ELL), as well as the recent district-wide elimination of all classroom aids and volunteers. 3. The closing of two schools in the district resulting in an increased student population at your school, with more students entering with lower reading and literacy profiles overall. Scores have not yet dropped, but you are concerned about how to address this for the future.Your task is to identify one of the three situations you will address as Principal, and devise a plan to examine the curriculum to address the given situation. What is the model you will use to examine the curriculum? What is the plan you will employ to make changes? Using your textbook and research from other formal academic sources, create and describe in detail the scenario that represents the problem, explain it, and offer a specific plan to address the problem and create change from a curriculum perspective. Explain why you are doing this and how you expect and predict your plan to effect the changes you desire. Describe the steps for change, who will be involved, and a timeline for development.
