What would you teach/therapize someone, who has an [imaginary] ailment?

Write a paper describing an imaginary music therapy to an imaginary patient utilizing one of the aspects of music you have studied this semester. What would you teach/therapize someone, who has an [imaginary] ailment? Would it be a patient who has PTSD from the last presidential election? Would it be someone who has a dysfunctional sense of family? Would it be someone who is burned out from doing the same occupation (even songwriting…) for a long span of time? Would it be someone who has anger related to gender or race issues? Perhaps the patient is from one of the countries you studied in your courseware, and there is some issue related to that.
