Why do you think people lash out at employers/businesses like many of the mass murderers we talked about today?

Behind mass murder of family members, the next most prevalent form of mass murder involves employment disputes, followed by cases of customers going to a business to seek revenge/redress. Workplace disputes by postal employees are even responsible for the coining of the term “going postal” due to a series of events that happened in the late 80s/early 90s. 1) Why do you think people lash out at employers/businesses like many of the mass murderers we talked about today?2) What factors seem to be at play in these situations?3) How could we prevent these cases from happening?4) When former employers are called by a potential new employer, how much information should they be able to give about the employee? 5) Would some of these cases be preventable if employers could simply share more information? Or could that make things worse? 6) Other general thoughts on workplace/business shootings?
