Wite publishable research paper about the GaN nano-scintillator based on alpha particle detector.

GaN nanoparticle were synthesized using solvothermal method. After it, the synthesized nanoparticle were incorporated into a polymer by solution casting method. Material characterization was carried out for GaN nano particle. Later we have tested polymer matrix for alpha detection. It successfully shows signature of alpha particle in pulse height spectra. I have attached the results.
