BACKGROUND: My sister (Rima) is a Canadian citizen who divorced her ex abusive husband. Then she met Mahmoud (her husband now) in Qatar as she was working. Mahmoud is not a Canadian Citizen and so we are applying for him so they can both move and live happily together in Canada. Currently they are living and working in Qatar. Mahmoud is a kind hearted soul who truly loves my sister and tenderly looks after her since he met her while she was going through the divorce proceedings and the psychological abusive her ex husband left her with. He helped her over come all her obstacles through the years. She have become stronger, healthier, and happier as a person. He is helping her achieve all her goals and dreams. This man stood by her side every minute she spent in the hospital when she was sick and helped her through her daily life and mental struggles from the beginning until now. We are so thankful she’s met him because at the time and now, he is her backbone. As her family we are all in Canada and cannot always be there for her daily life. So he has become her family in Qatar and we would be over joyed to be reunited with them here in Canada. NOTE: My sister’s husband is applying for Canadian Passport write a letter in support of their relationship.
