Mary is my wife. My wife has helped me complete both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Throughout the years, she has played a pivotal role in helping me balance my time with my family, work, university, and personal business ventures. She is very supportive, understanding, motivational, and a good mentor. She never hesitated to take some of the load off or even pitch a few ideas for projects I was working on. John is my best friend. We met during work and I have spent a lot of time with him working on major projects including developing frameworks, policies, and procedures. He was a wise mentor who did wonders for my career development. He is an avid reader and spent a great deal of time transferring his knowledge and expertise to me. He is also guided me to see the countless opportunities for growth and helped me work towards them. Moreover, he also paved a path that allowed me to invest in Personal business ventures in real estate and automotive. His holistic view of things have been an eye-opener to me. Richard is the person that became an exemplar leader for me. He was the CEO and my direct supervisor. We worked together in establishing a company from scratch by putting all the infrastructure in place. This included working on policies, procedures, processes, organizational structure, statement of function, job descriptions, Delegation of Authority, workforce planning, and budgeting. The manner of Richard’s management enthused my colleagues and me with the willingness to work and succeed in delivering the best result possible. The key to his leadership efficiency lies in the motivation of his subordinates. From the moment we started working together, he made it perfectly clear that the job would not be easy, many of us would feel sleep-deprived and often completely exhausted. However, he also articulated that such hardships would be rewarded with immense experience and immersion. He was very supportive and constantly guided us through the many hardships.
