Write a paper on your personal characteristics as well as those that you portray to others. Your format for the paper consists of 9 paragraphs. Paragraph #1 is your Introduction. Your paper must have an Introduction that tells about who you are and that includes who your interviewee is that you are questioning about your characteristics. Section #1: You will answer each characteristic for yourself (What is/are my motivation/ values, expectations, cognitive style (the way I think about or view the world), culture (what is my culture?) and personality?). For Experience the question to answer is: What Experience have I had that has made me who I am today? Each characteristic is worth 5 points. Section #2: is based on the questions you are to ask your interviewee about you. You would ask your interviewee what do they think about you, using each characteristic. What do you think is/are my motivation/ values, expectations, cognitive style, culture and personality?). For Experience the question to ask is: What Experience do you think I have had that has made me who I am today? Each response to characteristic is worth 5 points. Conclusion – Answer the following questions: What have you learned about yourself doing this assignment? Did the person you interviewed have similar responses to yours? Is there anything that you might change about yourself? Are the characteristics that you portray similar to your actual personality? Are you being your true self in all situations? Why or why not? Would others agree? What do others see as your characteristics? What is their perception of you? Is it the same?
