Write a persuasive essay on Should we abolish or significantly alter the age limits AND socialize/educate youth from a young age to “drink responsibly”?

Students often argue that having age limits on alcohol consumption just encourages risky behavior. They point to traditions in other cultures that do not prohibit drinking by youth and note that these societies do not have the kinds of problem behavior we have.
