Write a research paper on Police-community relations strategies

Write a research paper, Improving Police-Community Relations in the New Millennium Assignment: Write about a particular strategy or strategies that can be used or are being used to improve police-community relations in the 21st century. Examples are community-specific strategies such as community policing or programs focused specifically on multiculturalism. Another example may be a focus on ″reimagining″ policing in regards to operations, training, communication, etc. Describe in specific examples how the strategy or strategies you choose can be successful in improving the relationship between the police and the community.
