Write a review on Nursing Educator Experiences with Incivility from Administrators at For- Profit Educational Institutions

Instructions There are review comments throughout the document for corrections, please do not delete any of those, I need to refer to them for accuracy. The dissertation from Brooke McAfee is an example. The dissertation is almost done, just need the corrections as mentioned and some writing as described during instructions. May not need 20 pages, I just put it in there so writing can be done freely. Page 65. Write 1 or 2 sentences to summarize each major heading in this Chapter 3.  Note that “included semi-structured interviews” twice in this paragraph. So just please take at least one of them out.   Just be sure to cover summarize every topic covered within chapter 3 so it won’t be sketchy. 1.5-2 .0 pages Page 66 Go look at the introduction paragraph wrote at the beginning of Chapter 3. Here, you need to add an intro paragraph under the Chapter title and above “Introduction: The study..” 0.5-pages   Pg: 72 will fix on my own at the end Pg; 82 will fix on my own at the end   Page 83 Modify the comments so that they align more with the theme “coping.”  1.0 pages but do not change the comments overall, they are transcribed, just need to be conveyed better like the individuals are coping with incivility. Page 84 Check the example dissertation you have attached. You have 5 themes in this dissertation, so try to write 2 or 3 sentences to summarize each theme. 1.5-2.0 pages   Page 85 Need an introduction paragraph under the CHAPTER 5 heading and above “Summary of the Results” heading. Same as Chapter 4. 0.5 pages At bottom of document replace this with the exact purpose sentence statement from Chapter 1.  0.5 pages Page 86 There are have 3 questions, and you have 5 themes. For Question 1 here, you should have 5 headings (the 5 themes) because their experiences included all 5 themes.  So, you need to discuss each theme in 3-4 sentences under Question 1. 1.5-2.0 pages Page 87 Here you should use the themes 1 (not being  able to feel like they can communicate with co-workers), theme 2 (lack of trust make cooperation difficult at work), theme 4 (emotions force them to quit), and theme 5 (use coping mechanisms).  You have mixed them all together. Dr. Bronner wants you to list each heading and discuss each them separately under the question. 1.5-2.0 pages   Page 88 Remember to use a heading for each theme and talk about each one separately.  (1) Hard to solve the problems if people feel like they cant express their opinion, (2) Hard to find time in the busy work day to implement trust building exercises, (4) it is difficult to build relationships when people are emotional, and (5) many of the coping mechanisms used do not promote a healthy work environment. Give examples of coping mechanisms that make it more difficult to address the issue. 1.5-2.0 pages   Page 89 The conclusions should be that 4 of the 5 themes were clearly related to all 3 research questions and all 5 of them were related to RQ1.  Explain it in 6-10 sentences. 1.0 pages   Page 91 This is not an easy section. You have to look at other dissertations to understand how to interpret your findings. , I don’t understand this sentence either. The limitations that you should discuss are (1) sample size, (2) bias could  have been introduced by both the researcher and the participants, (3) background information on the participants’ work performance was not considered or reviewed, which may have provided better insight into the reasons for their answers. If they were from the same facility or same city or state, then that is also a geographical limitation. 2.0 pages Page 92 The implications are that the results strongly suggest that more attention must be paid to encouraging them to express their opinions, trust building exercises are needed. They also need to consider implementing a program that would give them a place and a person with whom they could share how they are feeling, and unhealthy coping mechanisms must be identified and intervention should be taken. 2.0 pages   Page 93 Bring it all together….do not restate the research questions, but briefly mention them all together and restate the 5 important themes that emerged, and then end the paragraph with the value of the research because it can be used as a foundation to establish programs and policies to address the negative aspects of the unhealthy work environment that your research revealed. 2.0 pages   Do not necessarily do the amount of highlighted pages if not required which I really don’t think it will be.
