It serves as an internal contract between the project manager and the project sponsor. In this assignment, you will work with your teammates to create a project charter for the case you have selected for group assignment 3.1) Use the Project Charter template attached. This is a modified version of the one in the Harvard ManageMentor: Project Management Tutorial.2) Complete the project charter worksheet and submit it (one per group).
