Discus the impacts of taking responsibility for climate change.

Taking responsibility for climate change. Are each of us as individuals responsible for acting in ways that reduce global warming or at least increase it as little as possible? If not, why not? If we do have such a responsibility, why don’t many individuals take that responsibility seriously, and what appear to be the best ways to influence them to do so.
