Step 1: Watch PBS: LAPD BLUES and research the Rampart scandal in LA’s Police Department. (There are SEVERAL movies and documentaries on this, and it has ties to the current Diddy case too, with regards to Biggie Smalls and “Suge” Knight, Death Row Records, etc…)

Step 2: Write a 3-4 page (MINIMUM 1000 word) reaction essay in response to the video.

What do you think about the result of the case? (Remember,  must be able to see your analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as see that you have carefully watched this video.)
