The monastery needs to adjust as far as being efficient and having people in the company that are willing to learn a different way of producing material. To measure this strategy, the appropriate KPI would be watching how fast material is being produce while also maintaining a strong standard. Another metric would be seeing how it is being sold on the market. Seeing how the customers are using this new material will show proof that adapting to a new way of producing material, will still continue to attract sales.
