Who are in the top executive team (CEO, CFO, etc)? Ownership structure (% of shares owned by Institutions, and by Officers and Directors); Board structure [how many of directors that are: insiders (employee)? How many are independent?] Latest Compensation of CEO: Salary, stocks, stock options, incentive plan, and performance plan. Do you think the company’s compensation structure helps solve the “agency problem” between the shareholders and the CEO? Explain why? What percentage of money is raised through common stocks (or equity), preferred stock, what % is borrowed? If the company borrows money, how much from banks and how much through bonds.
