Resilience Discussion-What characteristics or actions were not displayed that would have promoted resilience?

Many people and organizations exhibit the characteristics of resilience or have proven to be resilient despite disasters or critical incidents. Identify a person or organization that you think demonstrated resilience following a critical incident. What were the key characteristics or actions that made them resilient? What characteristics or actions were not displayed that would have promoted resilience?

Your posts should demonstrate you have read and understood the lecture and the assigned readings and also that you have read all prior postings by the instructor and other students. Post your response as a new thread and comment on the opinions of at least two classmates.
