I think there could be an implementation of a “street medicine” team that could solely focus on treatment for the homeless community those that may have health insurance and those who do not.

I also saw that majority of the population is made up of Hispanics and Asians so maybe making clinics in areas heavily populated with these individuals that service specifically them and members of their community who may travel internationally to the areas they frequently visit.

I saw in an article on the news how certain countries carry certain diseases, so if these individuals frequently visit home maybe having a clinic that understands the unique infections from the country will help to keep things more controlled and to keep treatment easy and available.” The worksheet is attached below.
