Analytical paper on a legal issue related to the TRC Calls to Action. You will be required to prepare a brief legal analysis or education paper 10-12 pages TNR double-spaced. This project will be on a legal issue related to the TRC calls to action and focus on the legal analysis of the topic or legal education about it.

The analytical paper can be handed in mid-term if you want to receive feedback. Or it can be combined with the Solution/self- actualization paper, in which case the whole paper will be due on the last day of class.

Solution/Self- Actualization Piece You will also be required to prepare a solutions/self-actualization paper (4-6 TNR double spaced), as connected to the sumec element of the learning materials along with all the other elements. You can look at the first paper as the paper that analyzes the legal issues/problems; and the second on as the solutions paper. If wanted, you can combine both and then the combined paper will be due on the last day of class.

The solutions paper can also be on a separate issue and can include legal solutions and also other integrated more holistic solutions. Keep it formal and concise.
