Do you think the Texas Constitution has struck the right balance in terms of gubernatorial power and legislative power? Should the governor have more or less power? Should the legislature meet more on a regular basis as oppose to biennially? How do you think the people of Texas would respond to changes in gubernatorial power and having a more full-time legislative branch?
