Assignment Question

The first half of the paper (around 2000 words should focus on the theory behind transformational leadership) The second half of the paper should apply the theory to practice. The practice should be in a secondary (high school) setting. You should begin with an introduction to signpost the essay intentions, followed by a recap of your project, providing an overview of the setting in which your project was based and the role of key leaders within the project. Ensure that this section is not too lengthy but provides sufficient detail for your reader to understand key actions that were undertaken in seeking to bring about improvement/’action for change’ in your setting.

2. You should include a rationale e.g. Why did you focus on this aspect of leadership? Make brief reference to vision, values and transformational leadership as part of your rationale.

3. Whilst the remainder of the assignment is for you to shape in response to your setting, the prompts below might support you in your thinking and preparation to write. The prompts are not designed as a writing frame:
