To regain your eligibility, please submit a Plan of Action that explains:
• Why your Seller Fulfilled Prime performance dropped below the required threshold?
• What actions are you taking to remedy the situation?
• What measures are you putting in place to avoid the re-occurrence of these problems?
Regarding the on-time shipment rate, we realize that this metric could get impacted by late scans from the carriers, even when sellers ship packages on time. To protect the sellers’ metrics from these cases, we take into consideration whether the packages are delivered on time. If a package was scanned late but got delivered on time, we don’t count that as a late shipment against the seller metric.
In order to identify the specific orders that lead to suspension for On-time Shipment, compare the Shipped Late and Delivered Late columns in the defects report. Orders which have an “X” in both columns are the orders that have impacted your eligibility.
