Then describe the problem and provide your analysis of how the group communicated to solve it. Using the Seven-Step Framework we learned about this week, identify which step(s) the group utilized in their resolution efforts. Was the outcome satisfactory? Do you think that if the group followed the full seven-step framework, resolution would have been quicker or less contentious?

Conversely, if the problem was not resolved, what communications best practices might have helped?
